Unfortunately, these net lights don't have a twinkling effect. You could use Warm White Twinkle LED Rope Light 148ft | Birddog Lighting mounted under your pergola. Warm white is also available in 65 feet spools. We also carry Blue, Red and Green twinkling rope light options.
