Yes you could connect two 65ft spools together. The max run length on the standard power cord the spool will come with is 296ft. You will need to get a splice kit 1/2" Rope Light Invisible Inline Splice - Birddog Lighting to connect these spools together. If the lights are being used outside, you will need to weatherproof any connections 120V Rope/Strip/Neon Weatherproofing Kit - Birddog Lighting.
