This product does create a white. However, it is not a true white light as it is made up of the red, green, and blue colors. to make a white with a blueish hue. You can view the colors in this video

The dimensions for the Outdoor Multi function controller are as followed:
Box 6" L x 4" w x 2 1/4" High
Pigtail 12"
Box to pigtail: 13.5"
Box to outlet: 38"
