Does this dim down really low? Bluetooth Enabled Multi-Function RGB Color Changing LED Neon Rope Light Controller - 120 Volt - IR Remote
Some of these controllers have 10 "brightness" levels, but the lowest level is still like 80% brightness. Does this controller allow you to dim brightness down so the LED are relatively dim?
